Any exam-prep tool can say its questions are accurate. Saying it is easy. So instead of asking you to take our word, here is the actual record of how the 415 questions in this bank were built, checked, attacked, and corrected. Figures on this page are current as of 19 July 2026.
What certified means here
When we say a question is certified, we mean it has passed our own internal pipeline: it is written, checked against the WSET Level 2 specification, put through an adversarial audit, and corrected where the audit finds a problem. It does not mean WSET or any outside body reviewed or approved it. WineQuizzer is not affiliated with or endorsed by WSET.

The bank holds 415 active questions. Every single one has been read and checked against the same six-point rubric, not sampled, not spot-checked. For each question we confirm:
A test bank is easy to game if the correct answer keeps landing in the same slot. Before the rebalance, 89 percent of correct answers sat at position A or B, and a candidate who simply always picked B scored about 45 percent without knowing any wine. That is a bank teaching a shortcut, not the subject.
We moved the correct answers so each of the four positions now holds close to a quarter of them. No position holds more than about 26 percent, so always guessing one letter scores near 25 percent, the same as pure chance. When you score well here, it is because you knew the answer.

Adversarial means we attack our own questions on purpose. Every keyed answer and every wrong option is rechecked to see whether it can be shown wrong, ambiguous, or beatable. The goal of the pass is to find problems, not to sign off.
On 18 July 2026, the audit read all 415 active questions against a correctness rubric and raised 9 flags. Every flag was then attacked by three reviewers, each judging independently of the other two and told to argue the flag down. A flag was sustained only if it survived that challenge.
Three flags were sustained. All three were fixed and deployed the same day. The other six were refuted and written into the record anyway, so the whole review can be checked, not just the parts that changed. None of the findings rose to serious or ship-blocking.
What the three fixes were
One serving-temperature answer moved to the correct band, and two question prompts were reworded so the wording could not point at its own answer. Small, specific, and logged. That is what audited and continuously corrected looks like.
The bank is not edited in the dark. Every change is a numbered migration in version control, written as an absolute, reversible edit, so the full history of what changed and when can be read back at any time. Edits made by a person and edits made by a model share the same one history, under the same review.
